First-class facilities and comprehensive metrological equipment ensure maximum precision, stability and standardization. The internal production environment also enables particularly short throughput times and rapid project processing - quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards.<\/p>\n<p>The automated measuring wheelset test stand enables reproducible dynamic calibration for all track widths and wheel diameters. The test bench concept allows continuous accuracy monitoring of the process through redundant measurement of all force paths. In addition, the measuring wheelset can be dynamically balanced here for use. For precise simulations, we have invested in our own test bench to calibrate the measuring system. Extensive tests in the wind tunnel had proven that our measurement technology is non-reactive and underline the high quality of the developed systems.
