Innofreight d&eacute;veloppe des wagons de marchandises, des conteneurs et des syst&egrave;mes de d&eacute;chargement et compte 22 000 conteneurs et 3 500 wagons en service dans 20 pays. Le sp&eacute;cialiste autrichien des wagons de marchandises a d&eacute;sormais compl&eacute;t&eacute; son vaste portefeuille avec un nouveau type de ch&acirc;ssis de bogie. Pour ce faire, il s'est appuy&eacute; sur l'exp&eacute;rience et l'expertise de PJ Messtechnik GmbH.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les sp&eacute;cifications du nouveau bogie &eacute;taient exigeantes : le ch&acirc;ssis du bogie devait &ecirc;tre enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; et con&ccedil;u pour supporter des charges hautement dynamiques pendant plus de quatre d&eacute;cennies. Une t&acirc;che r&eacute;alisable pour les experts en r&eacute;sistance de PJM. Le calcul de la structure a &eacute;t&eacute; effectu&eacute; &agrave; l'aide de m&eacute;thodes de simulation et d'&eacute;valuation de pointe. D'une part, les charges normales ont &eacute;t&eacute; compl&eacute;t&eacute;es par les r&eacute;sultats de simulations MKS. D'autre part, l'&eacute;valuation des soudures a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;alis&eacute;e &agrave; l'aide du concept de contrainte d'entaille afin d'am&eacute;liorer la pr&eacute;cision des pr&eacute;visions et de permettre ainsi une construction l&eacute;g&egrave;re.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le ch&acirc;ssis du bogie d&eacute;velopp&eacute;, l'organisme de contr&ocirc;le accr&eacute;dit&eacute; PJ Messtechnik a mis en &oelig;uvre le programme de validation complet selon la norme EN 13749 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contr&ocirc;le de r&eacute;sistance calcul&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>Essais statiques et de fatigue en laboratoire &agrave; l'Institut de r&eacute;sistance op&eacute;rationnelle et de technologie ferroviaire de l'Universit&eacute; technique de Graz<\/li>\n<li>Essais sur piste dans des conditions extr&ecirc;mes afin de confirmer les hypoth&egrave;ses de charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le r&eacute;sultat est impressionnant :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le ch&acirc;ssis de bogie est fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; 100 % par des robots de soudage.<\/li>\n<li>Son poids a pu &ecirc;tre r&eacute;duit de 25 % par rapport aux constructions traditionnelles, tout en augmentant sa durabilit&eacute;. Cela permettra &agrave; l'avenir d'augmenter la charge de 500 kg, ce qui se traduira par une r&eacute;duction des co&ucirc;ts et une efficacit&eacute; accrue, tout en am&eacute;liorant la robustesse.<\/li>\n<li>Parmi les autres avantages, citons une usure moindre des essieux et un meilleur comportement au freinage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\"
