Brake tests
Safety is the highest premise.
According to international standards (e.g. TSI, UIC and EN) PJM provides the whole range of brake tests. We perform tests of brake components or of entire break systems on its safety functionality.
Static brake tests

Test procedure
- Measurement on different modules (traction unit, passenger coach, freight wagon etc.) according to different standards, like TSI, UIC and EN for international traffic
- Preparation of a specification to determine the procedure of the test and the test setup
- Set up the test vehicle with instrumentation
- Static brake tests according to the prepared procedure
- Dynamic brake tests and analysis after every measurement
- Assessment of the static and dynamic test results
- Test report
